This Privacy Policy describes how the Moody Chart Calculator mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Moody Chart Calculator is a calculator for pipe flow friction factors used in fluid mechanics and engineering. The App performs its core calculations entirely on your device. We do not require you to create an account or sign in to use the App.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personally identifying information through the App itself.

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or receive information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, in order to serve and measure ads. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. On supported devices you can limit ad tracking via your device's system settings (for example, "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS or "Reset/Delete advertising ID" on Android). Removing ads is also available by purchasing a premium subscription.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat may receive a pseudonymous app user ID, purchase events from Apple or Google, and basic device information. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for details.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not see, receive, or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment credentials. Apple and Google's privacy policies govern the handling of your payment information.
Your calculation history, saved inputs, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this content to our servers. Uninstalling the App will remove this locally stored data from your device.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information about you with third parties except: (a) the service providers listed above, acting on our behalf; (b) when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; or (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
Analytics and crash data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which they are deleted or anonymized in accordance with our service providers' retention practices.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The App may be used worldwide. Information processed by our service providers may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our store listings. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
